He became a top-100 grossing franchisee of the worlds largest 24 hour health club. Currently, he serves as a chief officer, college instructor, author, and speaker. Dr. JT has received multiple awards and honors for life-saving efforts and service distinctions. Attained the USMC Executive Fire officer of the year, USMC Fire officer of the year, COD Fire Instructor of the year, and HomeTown Hero awards. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and a Master's in Leadership. Additionally, he is the author of "Forging Your Team" and has contributed to numerous publications while speaking nationwide about leadership and teambuilding
