Dr. JT has received multiple awards and honors for life-saving efforts and service distinctions. Attained the USMC Executive Fire officer of the year, USMC Fire officer of the year, COD Fire Instructor of the year, and HomeTown Hero awards. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and a Master's in Leadership.
