Currently, he serves as a chief officer, college instructor, author, and speaker. Dr. JT has received multiple awards and honors for life-saving efforts and service distinctions. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and a Master's in Leadership. Additionally, he is the author of "Forging Your Team" and has contributed to numerous publications while speaking nationwide about leadership and team development.
